Company Background

The company was established in September 2009 as a subsidiary of Hurdle Joy Holdings Limited (100%), one of Tan Chong International Limited's subsidiary, with a registered and paid up capital of THB 100 million. The company has obtained the Investment Promotion Certificate from the Board of Investment (Thailand) in October 2009.

Company Activities

Fuso Truck (Thailand) Co Ltd (FTT) is an exclusive distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, Japan, for Fuso trucks, tractors and buses in Thailand. FTT contracts TC Manufacturing and Assembly (Thailand) Co Ltd to assemble all ranges of light duty, medium duty, and heavy duty trucks and tractors. The assembly plant is located in Lakrabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok. All vehicles are marketed through 15 authorized 3S (sales, service and spare parts) dealers nationwide and 2 branches in Chiangmai and Nakornsawan. TC Capital (Thailand) Co Ltd provides wholesales financing ("Floorplan") for all 3S dealers and also provides retail financing for end-customers. After sales service support is provided through its network of appointed 3S dealers and 2S (service and spare parts) dealers. The company is expanding its business by appointing 4 to 5 more 3S dealers in provinces where there are no other dealers and service centres.
