Introduction
The board of directors (“Board”) of Tan Chong International Limited is committed to the observance of good corporate governance to protect the interests and rights of shareholders and the financial performance of the Group. The Board has adopted the “Corporate Governance Code and Corporate Governance Report” set out in Appendix 14 to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities (the “Listing Rules”) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited that forms part of the disclosure requirement under the Listing Rules. The Board has also adopted various self-regulatory and monitoring measures where applicable for effective corporate governance practices.
