Truck Service Department

At its well-equipped facilities with highly-skilled technicians, TCiM Service Centre ensures reliable services and outstanding customer care are rendered to customers. The Truck Service department provides efficient services and repairs, including accident repairs. The Service department also handles all other makes of commercial vehicles.

Material Handling Division

The Material Handling division offers its expertise in material handling selection with a comprehensive range of models and services. TCiM offers a range of material handling equipment providing customers a one-stop solution to their requirements and a smooth transition towards industrial automation.

Sales - Clark forklift’s established and tested ‘Built to Last’ concept features high-value components that ensures reliable operations throughout the forklift’s entire service life. Clark’s low-emission engines, drive trains, oil-cooled wet disc brakes, i-beam nested masts and other technologies offer excellent price-performance ratio that continues to be popular among many users.

Rental - TCiM maintains a young fleet of material handling equipment for both long and short-term rentals, assisting customers with the aim of transiting capital expenditure to operating expenditure.

Refurbished - A reliable alternative to brand-new forklifts, TCiM is widely recognised for its refurbished forklifts – an abundance of selection for different requirements.

Used - TCiM provides a ready channel for customers to upgrade and trade-in their forklifts with no hassle. "As Is Where Is" used forklifts are available for budget-conscious customers.

Forklift Service Department

Forklift Service department provides both in-house and field services. Through Preventive Maintenance Programmes, skilled technicians at TCiM ensure that the forklifts are in tip-top condition before they are sold to customers. A distinct highlight for customers is the regular Service Clinics that can repair and service almost all other forklift makes and models.

Spare Parts Department

Supporting all departments within TCiM is the Spare Parts department which has a fully computerised spare parts inventory system. The system allows staff to track the availability of spare parts and ensure that they are priced competitively. Customers can be assured that the downtime to repair their faulty equipment is minimised. The department also carries and installs a wide range of forklift seats and tyres for customers.
